Program Notes

Same-day repair is available if:

• No rare or special-order parts are required.
• The appliance is not discontinued or exclusive.
• No electronic control board replacement is needed.
• The appliance is less than 10 years old

Free maintenance applies to up to:

• 2 refrigerators.
• 2 washing machines.
• 2 dryers.

• Membership is valid for 1 year and renews automatically unless canceled 30 days before expiration.
• Payments are monthly and non-refundable.
• Each plan includes scheduled visits (1–2 times per year) depending on the plan level.
• Discounts apply only to repairs performed by MENMAX technicians.
• Parts and materials are not included unless stated otherwise.
• MENMAX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the total paid in the last 12 months.
